Welcome to my Teaching Portfolio! It is organized by Standards of Learning, according to the Indiana Developemental Standards and the The Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (InTASC) Teaching Standards. Within each standard you will find pieces of evidence, which contain a narrative describing why each one was included and labeling it as either "Knowledge," "Performance," or "Disposition."

Teachers of grades P-12 have a broad and comprehensive understanding of student learning environments and demonstrate the ability to establish positive, productive, well-managed, and safe learning environments for all students.
The teacher engages in ongoing professional learning and uses evidence to continually evaluate his/her practice, particularly the effects of his/her choices and actions on others (learners, families, other professionals, and the community), and adapts practice to meet the needs of each learner.
